Conditions of participation

Moldagrotech (autumn)

1. In order to become a participant of the virtual fair, one has to  fill out the Application Form and submit it to the Department of International Relationships and Business Events of the CCI RM by fax (+37322) 21-07-25) or e-mail (e-mail: carolina.chiper@chamber.md)

In the Application Form:

  • The organization has to specify the full name of the virtual fair, in which they want to place their personal virtual booth. (see the Plan of Virtual Fairs);
  • The requisites of your organization should be filled in.

2. An invoice for services will be sent to you by fax if the Application Form was filled out in a proper way and has a signature.

3. At the same time you will receive the following documents on your email address:

  • Contract for participation in the “Virtual Fairs of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova”, which determines the rights and obligations of the parties.

4. The signed contract shall be sent in two copies to the Department of International Relationships and Business Events of the CCI RM by post to the mail address MD2004, Chisinau, 151 Stefan cel Mare str. or by e-mail to the email address indicated above.

5. One copy of the signed Contract will be sent back to you.

6. If necessary, the CCI RM provides participants with consultations on creation of a personal virtual booth for the virtual fair.

7. After your organization has been registered as the participant of a certain virtual fair on the respective CCI RM website (www.virtual-fairs.md), you may begin design and setting up your personal virtual booth in accordance with the requirements indicated in the Guidebook.

8. The CCI RM will activate your booth in the virtual Fair that you indicated in your Application Form as soon and they receive confirmation that the invoice was paid.

9. Virtual Fairs are held within a certain period of time (see the Plan of Virtual Fairs). Then they are being stored in an archive of virtual fairs (see Past Virtual Fairs) for a year. You can make some changes or update the information of your booth during this period of time, but the changes can be made under a request not more frequently than once in 3 months period.  The request should be sent to the Department of International Relationships and Business Events of the CCI RM by e-mail (e-mail: carolina.chiper@chamber.md).
